Both. Discovery sprints and well-scoped MVPs can be delivered on a fixed price so you know exactly what you're committing to. Ongoing product development or team augmentation typically runs on a capped time & materials basis with a monthly sprint budget. We always agree on the model upfront — no surprises.

You do — always. Full IP ownership transfers to you upon final payment, clearly stated in every contract. All code is delivered via your own repositories, infrastructure sits in your cloud accounts, and there are no lock-in clauses.
